Vital Planet Vital LAX is a more natural way to help relieve occasional constipation. This gentle yet effective formula conveniently works overnight to help promote a normal bowel movement in the morning.*

Directions: Take two (2) capsules at night. May start with one (1) capsule the first night then increase to two (2) capsules each night if needed.
Warnings: This product contains rhubarb and cape aloe. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because rhubarb and cape aloe may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
