It works well in combination with laxative herbs and stimulates the flow of saliva. And Cramp Bark cramp bark is used for relieving cramps, including muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and cramps during pregnancy. Cramp bark is also used as a kidney stimulant for urinary conditions that involve pain or spasms.
Bayberry Bark: A gentle circulatory stimulant. Aids digestion and is effective in overcoming excess mucus accumulation in the bowel. Also aids in the healing and repair of gastritis, enteritis, dysentery and diarrhea.

Fennel Seed: A carminative herb which stimulates the digestive system to work properly and with ease. The main action is to sooth and settle the gut walls, easing pain and helping to remove gas from the digestive tract.
Slippery Elm Bark: A demulcent herb which is perfectly suited for sensitive or inflamed mucous membrane linings in the digestive system.
Fenugreek Seed: Contains a high amount of mucilage which is very soothing and healing to the walls of intestines. Excellent for relieving the pain and irritation of ulcers.
