spurs, sharp outgrowths of bone tissue on the back of heels
and on joints, are the result of an acid/alkaline imbalance
in the body. The blood is too acid while the stomach and
digestive system produce too little acid and enzymes. The
digestive system becomes bogged down from trying to digest
a refined diet of excess fats, carbohydrates and proteins.
This congests the liver, overworks the kidneys and creates
a very toxic system, or toxemia. To reverse bone spurs all
processed food and drink must be eliminated. Proper food
combining with at least 50 to 70% raw foods must be utilized.
Complete cleansing of the blood, bowels, kidneys and liver
with ginseng, DC1, DC2, DC3 and LIV-C should be used as
well. Digestive enzymes will be used daily to thoroughly
digest and absorb nutrients and supplements. Only distilled
water and raw juices can be used for drinking and cooking.
Over time, as the pH stabilizes, the bone spurs will dissolve.
