Is there a simple answer to all of your health problems?

Absolutely,Yes!

ASK MRS. HSU

Why is refined sugar bad?

We say, "Well, because it is empty calories. No. Not so. When children eat a lot of refined candy their teeth begin to decay. Why? Only a portion of the whole sugar cane was used. When sugar is refined a portion is taken out of the whole. When this goes into your body by itself, body doesn't know what to do with it. Body can't metabolize it. So body must leach from your reserves - from you own bone or teeth to make it look like a whole. It's not just empty calories.

White rice. People say, Asian people are very healthy, they know how to keep themselves healthy. So I stopped eating wheat and went into chinese food. White rice is just as white flour is. Because the outer surrounding of the rice is taken off and given to the pig, we eat the starch part and our body has to supply that which is lost.

Is Nutrasweet bad for you?

In the same manner that it's a portion out of a whole. Body has to supply something to make it compatible for metabolizing. I never use Nutrasweet.
