There are basically two approaches to weight loss. One is a "diet" program, which usually consists of some type of supplement that increases your metabolism and which you take for a specified period of time.
The other is a change in life-style which not only affects your weight, but more importantly improves your overall health.
If you are familiar with my program of internal cleansing, you know that I am a proponent of the life-style change approach to weight loss. I hear so many customers' stories of trying this pill and that pill, losing some weight, yet in the end gaining more than they started out with. This experience is commonly know as yo-yo dieting. This form of dieting can actually be detrimental to your health.
Depending on your level of discipline, those Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year spreads can be a challenge to anyone who is weight conscious, whether you are on my program of internal cleansing, or not. My advise is this: if you are trying to be faithful to food combining principles and the cleansing regimen, do the best you can.
If you waiver a little bit, don't worry, just take an extra enzyme or two and pick up where you left off. For those of you who are not familiar with my program, aft the holidays is an excellent time to begin. The HSU Internal Cleansing Program is a most comprehensive approach to detoxifying and tuning up the body. It is no only a "diet" program per se, but also a way of life that incorporates food combining and supplementation in a way that helps to take weight off (if it is needed) and keep it off.
Based on the many testimonies I have received, I believe this is the best way to deal with those unwanted "holiday" pounds.
