Are you really serious when you say that I shouldn't have milk for breakfast?

Actually, leave it out from your lunch, dinner and snacks as well. Milk and all dairy products are hard to digest and cause a lot of mucus. Milk is fine for the growing calf which doubles the weight of its bones every month for the first three month of its life, it is not designed for human consumption and certainly not necessary for adult humans to have good health and strong bones.
