LEVEL ONE

 

Before Breakfast

Ginseng Tea made with Distilled Water
Maxidophilus - 1/2 tsp in unchilled distilled water
(Take on alternate days)
Maxibifidus - 1 tsp in unchilled distilled water
(Take on alternate days)

Breakfast

Fresh fruit - One kind (as much as desired, stop one hour before lunch)
(1) tsp HSU Aloe Vera Juice (10:1 concentrate) and (2) DC-1 capsules
(5) Kelp tablets

Lunch

Any Carbohydrate Meal in proper combination with a fresh salad, lightly cooked vegetables, and a glass of carrot juice.
(1) tsp HSU Aloe Vera Juice (10:1 concentrate) and (2) DC-1 capsules
(1) Digestive Enzyme tablet or capsule
(2) C-B-R (Vitamin C 1000 mg with Bioflavanoids and Rutin) tablet
(3) Multi-Mineral caps or (1) Multi-Mineral tablet

Mid-Afternoon

Ginseng Tea made with Distilled Water
Sun Chlorella (1 packet dissolved in distilled water or 15 tablets)
or (4) super blue green algae capsules

Before Dinner

(10 minutes) (1) tbs Cod liver oil or (4) capsules

Dinner

Any Protein Meal (limit red meats) in proper combination with a fresh salad, lightly cooked vegetables, and a glass of carrot juice.

(1) tsp HSU Aloe Vera Juice (10:1 concentrate) and (2) DC-1 capsules
(5) kelp tablets
(1) Choice One (Multi-Vitamin/Mineral) tablets
(1) Vitamin E (400 IU) capsule
(3) Multi-Mineral caps or (1) Multi-Mineral tablet
(1) Digestive enzyme tablet or capsule

Before Bed

Ginseng Tea made with Distilled Water


Additional Considerations:

Drink 8 glasses of distilled water per day, in between meals.
Avoid mucus forming foods: all dairy products; orange juice made from concentrate (tree ripened oranges are OK).
Avoid:white flour, white rice, white sugar, alcohol, caffeine and soft drinks.
Incorporate dry skin brushing.
Exercise and mental well being are vital for your health.
