On
your program I am supposed to take vitamins and minerals
with the food. Why should I take ginseng differently?
Good
point. Ginseng tea, especially in its extract form, does
not have to be digested. This probably sounds strange to
you, but digestion means separation of the nutritional elements
from the unusable particles that food carries. Ginseng,
in its extract form, is already separated. The stomach does
not have to hold it to separate anything from it. This way
you can use the highest degree of Ginseng in the most efficient
way. The same is true for chlorella and Blue Green Algae
which you are taking in the mid-afternoon with your ginseng
tea.
Every
disease - whether it is arthritis, diabetes, hypertension,
obesity, ulcers or whatever - is a desperate warning signal
