DC-2
is added beginning with the second month of your cleansing
program. The contents of DC-2 act like a sponge to pull out
hardened wastes and toxins loosened by DC-1. Because of it's
mucilaginous texture, psyllium seed husks attach themselves
to the mucous lining, making it soft and loose so it will
move away from the bowel wall. Also, when mixed with water
it creates a bulking action that aids peristalsis, which provides
the scrubbing action. 6 to 8 glasses of distilled water taken
throughout the day in between meals are needed to flush these
toxins out of the entire gastrointestinal tract.
